Delete your data

Namaz First (Android, ai.salahfirst.app) by Apexmart Internet. There are no accounts in Namaz First.

1. Data on your phone

Open the app and go to You → Privacy corner → Delete your data. This erases your settings, name, city, prayer history, streak, Quran progress and locked-app list from the phone straight away, and resets the app's analytics ID. Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on the phone.

2. Data held by our service providers

1. In the app, open You and copy your Support ID.
2. Email apexmartindia@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and paste the Support ID.
3. We delete the analytics events and crash reports linked to that ID (Firebase), and the RevenueCat customer record, within 30 days, and reply to confirm.

What is kept

Purchase and subscription records are kept by Google Play and by us as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. A cancelled subscription is managed in Google Play, not in the app.
